Koala Invoices provides an AI-powered invoice management platform that helps businesses send payment reminders and track invoice status ("Service"). The Service is made available through our website and may include related applications, APIs, and services.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the trial period.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Koala Invoices, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
